Before writing an academic paper, you will usually write a literature review and opening report. In the literature, people generally summarize the authoritative views of this argument. In fact, it is very common to quote other people's opinions in our papers, so if your article quotes other people's original texts, please indicate footnotes. If it's not your opinion, indicate the source and the source. With your present ability, you may not be able to create a set of viewpoints and theories, but teachers can actually understand them.
2. Format typesetting does not meet the requirements
Every school will have its own graduation thesis template. But many students often ignore the format requirements of the school. This is definitely the teacher's most angry behavior. You can usually write a paper, but if the format is not in accordance with the requirements, it is an attitude problem.
3. Don't copy data directly.
It is common to cite data in writing papers, but a large number of citations will inevitably lead to a situation: they are all red when checking duplicates. In fact, you can do it in another way, such as tabulating the data. Charts are generally undetectable, which can ensure data references and avoid large segments.
4. Don't rummage through English abstracts.
Behind the cover of the paper is your Chinese-English abstract. Some students wrote Chinese abstracts first, then kept English abstracts, and finally remembered them, and then hurriedly translated them directly from Chinese into English with a translation software. There is only one result of this translation: I don't even understand grammar! English abstracts are really professional and difficult to write. You can ask an English major.
Don't stuff books you haven't read into the reference materials.
There will be references at the end of the article, generally about 10. Sometimes, some students want to write more books to improve their papers, but in fact, they have never read these books, which is definitely not enough.
