The isolation between the shell and the high temperature area is beneficial to improve the measurement accuracy and service life of the sensor. Because the melt pressure sensor is used to measure high-temperature media, special attention should be paid to its installation. When installing the melt pressure sensor, it is necessary to ensure that no foreign metal objects or plastics are left in the correct installation holes, and all sensors should be removed from the machine before cleaning the extruder. Only when the polymer is in a hot melting state can the sensor be taken out, and immediately wipe the sensor probe diaphragm with a soft cloth after taking it out. The diaphragm of melt pressure sensor is the most easily damaged part. Please don't drop its protective cap before installation, and pay attention to protect the diaphragm of the sensor. The processing of the mounting hole should be carried out according to the technical requirements of the mounting hole size diagram and size table, so as to avoid the diaphragm scratch caused by the nonstandard mounting hole from affecting the normal work of the sensor.
