First, 2023 Tsinghua MPA entrance examination conditions.
By the end of 2023, before the graduate students enter the school, their academic degrees and work experience must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having more than three years' working experience after obtaining a nationally recognized bachelor's degree.
(2) graduated from a higher vocational college or a university recognized by the state and has more than five years of work experience.
(3) Having worked for more than two years (including two years) after obtaining a master's or doctor's degree recognized by the state.
Candidates who apply for overseas academic certificates must pass the certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (China), and the certification report must be submitted at the time of qualification examination.
The application conditions for dual-degree programs shall be stipulated separately.
Two, qualification examination, preliminary examination, re examination and admission
1. The qualification examination shall be conducted in a unified way during the second interview.
2. Initial Test: Initial Test Subject: Comprehensive Ability of Management Joint Test, English II.
3. Re-examination: Re-examination is divided into pre-examination interview and post-examination re-examination.
The second interview is a comprehensive professional assessment. During the second interview, the qualification examination will be conducted in a unified way, and the ideological and political theory examination will be arranged during the second interview. The re-examination of the double-degree program will be arranged separately.

Note: In the qualification examination, the original valid identity documents and academic materials will be strictly examined.
The interview arrangement and results before the exam will be published in the MPA Admissions Information column of official website, School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University. Each candidate can only apply for a pre-test interview once a year, and candidates who pass the pre-test interview can get the pre-admission qualification of MPA in 2023. The specific quota is determined according to the quality of each batch of candidates.
? (2) Re-examination after the exam.
The second interview after the exam will be conducted after the results of the initial test are announced. For details of retest scores, retest list, retest methods and specific arrangements, please refer to the enrollment information of MPA column of School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University.
The second interview after the exam includes the following three types of candidates:
① Candidates who have reached the MPA retest line in Tsinghua University and participated in the pre-test interview but have not obtained the "pre-admission qualification" or "pre-admission supplementary qualification";
(2) Candidates whose initial test scores have reached the MPA retest line in Tsinghua University, participated in the pre-test interview and obtained the "pre-admission qualification" but failed to make up the exam;
(3) Candidates who have reached the MPA retest line in Tsinghua University and have not participated in the pre-test interview.
Step 4 allow access
According to our school's MPA enrollment plan, re-examination admission methods, and candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance, physical and mental health, etc., the admission methods are divided into "pre-examination batches" and "post-examination batches":
(1) Forecast trial batch
① Candidates who have participated in the pre-test interview and obtained the pre-admission qualification, the admission score line is the national Class A line.
Candidates who have obtained the pre-admission qualification and have not reached the national line A in the initial test can retain the pre-admission qualification 1 year (no pre-admission supplementary qualification is retained). Candidates who have not participated in the preliminary examination will not retain the pre-admission qualification.
② Candidates who participated in the pre-test interview and obtained the pre-admission qualification can obtain the pre-admission qualification according to the interview results of the same batch of pre-admission candidates from high to low if the same batch of candidates gave up or the preliminary test results did not reach the national line.
Candidates who fail to make up the pre-admission qualifications will automatically enter the batch admission process after the examination.
(2) Post-test batch
Candidates who take the second interview after the exam are sorted from high to low according to the weighted sum of interview results (70%) and initial test results (30%). Candidates who pass the re-examination after the exam are eligible for admission.
Third, learning style.
The place of class is Tsinghua University. Study years: 2.5-4 years. There are two ways to learn, and students can choose according to the situation.
1. Centralized classes: each semester 1 time, each study lasts about 6 weeks. This course lasts ***4 semesters.
2. Evening classes and weekend classes: the course lasts ***4 semesters.
Four. Tuition and scholarships
The tuition fee for Master of Management in Tsinghua University (MPA double certificate) is 99,000 yuan, and that for MPA (oriented Xinjiang) is 59,000 yuan. Tuition fees can be paid in one lump sum at the registration stage of freshmen, or in half at the registration time of the first and second academic years.
MPA scholarship and scholarship are established to support students to complete their studies, and the selection method will be notified separately.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Tsinghua University's student status management and degree granting, those who have completed the contents stipulated in the training plan, passed the thesis defense and passed the examination in academic degree evaluation committee, Tsinghua University, will be awarded the Master of Management (MPA) diploma and degree certificate in Tsinghua University.
Six, Tsinghua University MPA academic system
The educational system is 2.5-4 years, with a maximum of 5 years.
Term 1-4: course study (term 1-4), tutor selection (term 2), thesis topic selection (the earliest term is term 4, usually in April and September each year).
The 5th semester: thesis defense (the earliest 5 semesters, usually in May and 65438+February).
Seven, Tsinghua University MPa enrollment in 2023:
In 2023, there will be MPA students with double certificates 190 students, and 40 Xinjiang directional classes will be enrolled (specifically according to the enrollment plan of Tsinghua University in 2023).
Eight, Tsinghua University MPa enrollment direction in 2023.

12 direction: public policy, government management (including government operation guarantee management), charity and social governance, global governance, development planning, rural revitalization, Greater Bay Area, sustainable development, intelligent social governance, digital governance, emergency management, Xinjiang orientation (minority backbone plan).
Two dual-degree programs: Tsinghua University-Geneva University's "Sustainable Development Policy" (MPP-SDG) international dual-degree program, and Tsinghua University-Hongkong City University's MPA-EMBA dual-degree program.
(2) The link of choosing major direction:
Candidates who take part in the pre-test interview can choose their major direction in the interview registration system, and all candidates can fill in their major direction (not required) in the "Remarks" column of the joint entrance examination registration of China Research and Recruitment Network.
