What is the experience of running 100 km?
British students completed the cross-country run from London to Brighton on September 19. This is not a competition, just a challenge arranged by a few friends. Originally planned to run 100 km, the route was changed due to time, and the final distance was 92 km. Depart from London at 5 am and arrive at Brighton Beach at 10 in the afternoon. We have a rest every 10 km. Excluding rest time, it took about 15 hours. It will be completely dark around 8 pm, and this is the hillside with the most distance from Brighton. At that time, I had to walk 5 kilometers of mountain roads with headlights. So really, you should only run 87 kilometers. Route, all the way south! Route, all the way south! Although this is not a real 100 km run, it is a huge breakthrough for me. Because before, the longest distance I ran in a day was only a half marathon of 2 1. 1 km, and this time my highest record has more than quadrupled! Background: This activity was organized by a Polish friend of mine, and September 18 was the day when I handed in my paper. I decided to commemorate it in this crazy way! This route will pass some railway stations. If you feel unwell, you can always withdraw to London. As a person with long-distance running experience, I know the truth of doing what I can. Before the challenge, I always told myself not to be brave and not to work too hard, or I would quit. After all, the longest distance I had before was only one and a half horses.
