Paper fees include publishing fees (including publishing papers registration fees), novelty retrieval fees, polishing fees and translation fees, of which the publishing fees can be reimbursed after the paper is hired, and other expenses are reimbursed according to the project budget.

Publication fee refers to the fee charged by periodical editors to authors who publish papers in regular academic journals approved by the State Press and Publication Administration.
