1, open the Word document. The following figure shows that the document has been underlined.

2. If there are spaces in the underline, you can directly put the cursor on the underline and enter the text.

3. If the underline is an inserted symbol and the cursor cannot be placed above the underline, you need to click the Insert tab.

4. Select horizontal in the text box.

5. Draw a text box above the underline and type in the text box.
