The advanced nature of the party is an important theoretical basis for the legitimacy of the party as the ruling party and the party as the core of socialist leadership. The advanced nature and lofty mission of the party also determine that the party must set higher standards and stricter requirements for itself. In addition, we must understand that the advanced nature of the Party is not permanent. What was advanced yesterday is not necessarily advanced today, and what is advanced today is not necessarily advanced forever. Therefore, to maintain and improve the Party's advanced nature, we must fully implement the principle of strictly administering the Party in all work, comprehensively and strictly strengthen construction and governance in terms of ideology, politics, organization, style and system, and require party organizations at all levels, party member cadres and party member * * * to give full play to the role of fighting bastion, backbone and vanguard and exemplary role in revolution and construction practice. Adhering to the comprehensive and strict administration of the party is the proper meaning of maintaining the party's advanced nature and fulfilling its historical mission.

Secondly, strictly administering the party in an all-round way is the political guarantee for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.

After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, according to the spirit of the 18th National Congress, the Central Committee put forward a major proposition "Chinese Dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. This major proposition includes the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way after the founding of the Chinese Production Party 100 and the goal of building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country after the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC) 100. These "two hundred years" goals were put forward by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Expressing the goal of "two hundred years" with an image that is easy to understand, concise and acceptable to the masses is called "Chinese dream".
