(A) training objectives
This major cultivates all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, adapts to social and economic development and meets the needs of socialist market economy construction. Have a solid foundation, broad knowledge, high comprehensive quality, innovative consciousness and pioneering spirit, good professional ethics, basic knowledge and ability of basic theory, economics, management and law, and be familiar with the domestic and foreign labor market environment. Master the basic theories and tools of modern human resource management and the basic skills of human resource management activities, and be able to engage in the practical work of human resource management such as personnel quality management, post management, performance management, salary management and labor relations management in Chinese and foreign enterprises, government agencies and other non-profit organizations, and also engage in theoretical research and teaching of human resource management in scientific research institutions and universities.
(2) Professional characteristics and training requirements
Relying on the advantages of the comprehensive development of economy, management and law in our school, this major highlights the characteristics of the mutual penetration of economy, management and law, and requires students to take Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guidance, absorb and learn from the advanced management methods and means of developed countries with market economy, and have the spirit of innovation and pioneering and modern consciousness. Professional knowledge and skills in organization, operation, management, law, accounting, finance, mathematics, etc. It is necessary to carry out human resource management practice at home and abroad, be proficient in computer application technology, have a high level of foreign language and Chinese writing ability, have a strong ability to investigate, study, analyze and solve practical problems, have a solid foundation, a wide range of knowledge and a wide range of applications. Students in this major mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of human resource management and business administration, receive basic training in human resource management methods and skills, and have the basic ability to analyze and solve practical problems in human resource management.
Through the study and training of the contents specified in the teaching plan of this major, students basically meet the following training requirements:

(4) Basic framework
The basic framework of the professional training plan mainly consists of the following three parts:
1. Classroom teaching: The minimum academic achievement that students should complete is 148 credits, including compulsory course 106 credits, professional elective course 28 credits and public elective course 14 credits.
2. Practical teaching: including military training, academic papers, practical training, graduation thesis, practice, etc. The minimum academic achievement of students is 15 credits.
3. Extracurricular quality education: including social practice, social activities, grade level examinations, social surveys and scientific research activities. Students should complete the extracurricular quality education score of 12 credits.
(5) academic system and degree
The school implements a flexible academic system, which is generally 4 years. According to the requirements of Administrative Measures for Undergraduates of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (2005) 15, students can complete their studies within 3-6 years.
Those who have completed their studies in accordance with the requirements and meet the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree in management.
(6) graduation conditions
Only when the total credits reach 163+ 12 (including classroom teaching 148 credits, practical teaching 15 credits and extracurricular quality education 12 credits) can graduation be granted.
Second, the curriculum.
All courses that students of this major should take include compulsory courses (basic courses, basic courses and specialized courses) and elective courses (specialized elective courses and elective courses).
Third, the practice link.
Paying attention to practical teaching is the combination of theory and practice of students majoring in this major during their school days, and it is also the main link and means to cultivate students' comprehensive ability, adaptability and innovation ability. The main practical teaching links include:
1. Military training: 1 semester, lasting for 3 weeks;
2. Academic year paper: writing an academic year paper in the sixth semester requires writing an academic year paper of more than 3,000 words;
3. Training: In the sixth semester, with the help of computer software, chain training, personnel evaluation, human resource management practice process simulation training were conducted on the computer, or in-depth human resource management practice training was conducted in enterprises to improve hands-on ability;
4. Internship: 8 weeks off-campus internship in the summer vacation of the third school year, requiring an internship report of more than 3,000 words;
5. Graduation thesis: The graduation thesis should be completed in the eighth semester, and the number of words required is more than 10000.
The writing of academic thesis and graduation thesis, as well as internship, practical training and experimental courses, shall be carried out according to the relevant requirements of Central South University (2005) 15.
