Blank lines should have blank lines (title and "abstract"), and there should be no blank lines elsewhere.

Every time you start a new chapter, you need to start a new page. The title of the next chapter cannot be at the end of the previous chapter. So the third chapter doesn't need blank lines, just change pages directly.
