If the author stops publishing papers, or even takes the revised papers to other journals for publication, it will be a waste of time.

This is also a guarantee that the author is really sincere in publishing here, and a large number of authors come to us, most of whom really trust us and want to publish their papers here. However, a small number of authors will find people they think are cheap, and I will contribute here if you don't accept a deposit. If other authors don't charge a deposit, they will hire me, and they are better and cheaper than your periodicals, so I will publish them there.
