Only first-class and full-price tickets can be refunded free of charge, and other discounts will generate handling fees; Refund is not allowed if the discount is less than 40% (inclusive), but only the maintenance fee and fuel fee, 55-45 discount, 50% refund fee, 75-6 discount, 20% discount, more than 20% discount, 5% deduction two hours before take-off, and10% deduction two hours after take-off; There is no charge for first class and business class before take-off, and 10% after take-off.
