Translation of legal documents
Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the popularity of the Internet, a new form of evidence, electronic evidence, appears more and more in people's lives. However, due to the late start, low starting point and serious lack of relevant technology in China, the existing electronic evidence norms in the field of evidence law are basically in a state of no law, and there are many obstacles and difficulties in the application of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. This paper will analyze the obstacles and difficulties from four aspects: legal orientation, evidence collection procedures, proof procedures and authentication procedures, and put forward suggestions and measures to promote the further establishment and perfection of China's electronic evidence legal system.
