1 overview

Sizing machine generally consists of relatively independent units such as shaft frame, sizing tank, hot air supply room, drying room, large package amplitude modulation head, electric control box and so on. It can be used to synthesize single-slot, double-slot, full-supply drum and hot air drying drum combined sizing machine to meet the requirements of different users, different fabric varieties and different sizing processes. The structure of sizing machine directly affects the performance, process and sizing quality of sizing machine. For example, GA308 series sizing machine is mainly composed of double-layer warp beam frame, double-dip and four-pressure high-pressure sizing box, overhead drying room with layered combined drying, large package amplitude modulation headstock and computer-controlled electronic control part. Among them, the winding of warp beam, traction roller, sizing roller and yarn guide roller are in the drying room, and the front and rear sizing tanks are driven by seven motors respectively, so this machine is called GA 308 unit traction sizing machine.

There are three people in this design team, who design all the components of the front end of the sizing machine, including the overall design, mechanical control part design, main drive and bracket design.

This topic is the design of the overall structure of the sizing machine head, which mainly involves the distribution between the units of the sizing machine and the manufacturability of its main structure. As we are the first group to design sizing machines, there is no data for reference at present. In order to determine the design scheme and understand the basis of the design, I went to Yancheng Textile Machinery Factory and Yancheng Textile Factory to conduct a special investigation and study on the yarn award machine, among which ZGA202 yarn award machine was roughly investigated, and its data will serve as the basis and basis for our design.

Since 1970s, China textile industry has introduced hundreds of new sizing machines from many countries for technical transformation to meet the production needs of shuttleless looms with large package, high speed, wide width, extra fine or extra coarse varieties. Over the years, foreign new sizing machines are also constantly innovating and developing. Computer-controlled multi-unit transmission and online quality monitoring have become the basic characteristics of a new generation of sizing machines. Among them, there are mainly S4322D sizing machines produced by Zucker Company, Rotal series sizing machines produced by Kalmyer Company, Ben Sizetec sizing machines produced by Berninge Company, 988 sizing machines produced by West Point Company of the United States, HS20, HS30 and HS40 sizing machines produced by Tsuda Ju Company of Japan and MacKee sizing machines produced by Toyota Company of Japan.

1. 1.2 domestic development and present situation

At present, the automatic detection and control of process parameters of domestic sizing machines in China have some weaknesses, such as backward means, low precision and unstable work, which can not meet the requirements of real-time detection and control of process parameters of sizing machines and cannot participate in international competition. However, foreign staple fiber sizing machines, such as zucker sizing machine, Zell sizing machine, West Point sizing machine and Kimmaru sizing machine in Japan, are developing in the direction of high speed, high quality, single dryer and wide width.

Although the existing multi-unit sizing machine head has many different design styles, it is all driven by two units, which cancels the traditional PIV control mode. But the most essential difference is the tension detection, feedback and control means of two tension zones (winding tension zone and dry tension zone) centered on the former traction roller.

At present, the tension detection mechanism in the dry zone and winding zone of most models of multi-unit sizing machines in China is floating roller structure, and the tension in the drying chamber is detected by spring roller synchronous shaft and potentiometer. C winding tension is a floating tension roller driven by two cylinders, and one end of the tension roller is equipped with a potentiometer. During normal winding, the winding tension is achieved by setting the air pressure. When the yarn changes, the tension roller is driven to move, and the potentiometer is driven to move to zero, so as to generate an input signal to the PLC, and then the PLC adjusts the rotating speed of the winding motor according to the comparison result, so as to achieve the purpose of constant tension winding.

This topic is the overall structure design of the sizing machine head, which mainly involves the distribution between the units of the sizing machine and the manufacturability of its main structure, determines the overall structure of the sizing machine and the dimensions of each part, and focuses on the reasonable arrangement between the units to meet its technological requirements. In the overall design, the positioning and assembly of the transmission parts of the left box are emphasized, in which the motor and transmission are the power sources of the whole front. The main transmission part is in the left box, and the right box is mainly for the control of electrical appliances. The warp beam part is the main route of yarn walking, and the positioning of each warp beam lies here. Because the transmission part is directly connected with the beam roller, its combined assembly is also an important content in the overall design.
