At the same time, in order to ensure that all parts of the conveyor can adapt to the changes of load and working conditions during operation, it is necessary to unify the tension, then recalculate the conveyor parameters under various working conditions, and finally determine the overall parameters.
In this paper, the long-distance and large-capacity variable slope belt conveyor is considered comprehensively, and the reasonable combination of driving scheme, braking mode and soft start device is adopted to effectively ensure the reliable operation of the long-distance and large-capacity variable slope belt conveyor.
