This is the result of the vast number of coal mine trade union professionals who love, join and actively explore the profession of coal mine trade union. 1989 March 12, I was promoted from the professional position of statistician in the planning and adjustment department of Yuejin Coal Mine of Yima Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. to the secretary of the labor union of Yuejin Coal Mine. I didn't expect to wait for 20 years. I didn't have a room at that time, and Jin Fang's daughter was going to take the college entrance examination in June. Looking back on the twists and turns I have gone through in the past 20 years, I feel a lot, think a lot, understand a lot and achieve a lot. In the past twenty years, I have been working in the professional booth of the trade union, studying while working. In the process of seeking knowledge and doing things for mine growth and miners, I am reappearing the cost of my life and looking for the happiness of being a trade union. I have infiltrated myself into the long history of 60 years' research and development of coal miners' transportation surface, turned it into a drop of water and became a spray of it.

I remember when I first arrived at Yuejin Coal Mine Trade Union, I wrote the first trade union professional report. When the workers' congress plans a professional assembly, many people put forward their opinions at the meeting. I really couldn't stand it at that time. I went back to the house and cried. I didn't expect it to be so difficult to write an article. It's hard to be a trade union secretary. Cao Xihai, then chairman of the trade union, also saw my idea. Hearing the knock at the door, I saw him hand me a stack of trade union business books. He patted me on the shoulder and said, "Yu Jun, don't despair, study hard. The trade union is a big school, and you are smart with your colleagues. You can be competent for any career in the future, just like when I first started. " His warm words made me stick to the professional post of trade union secretary. Writing articles is a profession with rapidly updated knowledge. If you reduce your usual business study, you will soon feel that there are no new articles to write and no new words to use.

I am a person who has never even attended high school. 1June, 982, when I was just 18 years old, my family was poor, and my father, who was a miner, was seriously ill in hospital, which made me lose the origin of my existence and passively joined this profession. After I arrived at the coal mine, I was assigned to the No.1 Coal Mining Team of Yuejin Coal Mine as a coal miner. I just lost my pen, and suddenly I mentioned the pickaxe and shovel. It was really tiring and inappropriate. But when I think that I can support myself, I can also take some responsibilities for my family and support this family that is about to burst, I am full of confidence and persist. Adhere to self-study in your spare time and take books as your friends. 1August, 985, I was admitted to Yima Coal Mine Staff Secondary School at that time to study coal mining. 1988 After graduation in July, it was assigned to the planning adjustment room of Yuejin Coal Mine.

In order to improve my knowledge and shallow level, I enrolled in the junior college class 199 19 of the Party School of Henan Provincial Party Committee, and tried to write "The Blooming of Workers and Innovation" on 1992, and won the third prize of Sanmenxia Federation of Trade Unions and Sanmenxia Workers' Activity Seminar. After graduating from 1994 in July, I tried to write an article "How to do a good job in send warm" and won the Excellence Award of the World Federation of Coal Geology. In June, 1995, he was invited to attend the paper unveiling meeting in Chengdu. At the beginning of 200 1, I was already worried about writing an article, so I talked with Peng, then the chairman of the trade union, about my idea of continuing my study. Chairman Peng himself especially likes writing, especially supports my study and encourages me to consult and register quickly. So in September of that year, he joined the undergraduate enrollment survey of ethnic law major in the Party School of Henan Provincial Party Committee and implemented two and a half years of correspondence study. In February, 2003, when I was studying, I tried to write an article "Causes and Countermeasures for the Growth of Difficult Workers at the Present Stage", and won the third prize of Henan Coal Mine Trade Union, so I was named as an outstanding intellectual of that year. In August, 2005, I wrote "Discussion on the New Concept of Family Culture with Team, Family and School Characteristics in Enterprises", which won the first prize of excellent papers on ideological and political work of employees in Yuejin Coal Mine and Yima Coal Industry Group Company respectively. In order to further improve my superficial exposition of the labor movement, Sun Xuefeng, chairman of Yuejin Coal Mine Labor Union, gave me strong support many times and sent me to Shanghai, Xi, Guizhou, Hangzhou, Yunnan, Zhengzhou and other labor movement cadre management colleges for training and academic exchanges. In September, 2006, I collaborated with Sun Xuefeng, the current chairman of Yuejin Coal Mine Trade Union, to write "Analysis on the Role of Democratic Governance Construction of District Teams in Promoting the Harmonious Growth of Enterprises", and won the first prize in the essay evaluation of the 25th anniversary of democratic governance of trade unions in Yima Coal Industry Group Company. On June 5438+February, 2006, Hu Guangrong, director of Yuejin Coal Mine Women's Trade Union, and I jointly wrote Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of Grassroots Women Workers' Organizations, and won the first prize of Yima Coal Industry Group Company and the Excellence Award of Henan Coal Mine Trade Union respectively. In 2007, he wrote "69 miners in love" and won the third prize of "mainstay" magazine in the ground category of labor transportation; June, 5438+October, 2008 10, I wrote "Multiple Thoughts on Workers' Safety and Cultural Buildings", which won the third prize of the World Committee of China Energy Chemistry Trade Union and the Professional Seminar of World Coal Organization Trade Union; In August, 2009, my book "On Guiding Enterprises to Do a Good Job in the Construction of Workers' Safety Culture with Scientific Outlook on Development" won the second prize of "2009 Henan Coal Industry Scientific Growth Forum".
