What are the basic contents of abstracts of scientific papers in writing?
Its main contents include the following:

(1). Point out the purpose and importance: point out the specific purpose of this study. If it is clearly stated in the title, there is no need to repeat it in the abstract.

(2) Materials and methods: explain the materials and strain data used in the study, briefly explain the experimental design mode, and describe the experimental methods, conditions and limitations when necessary.

(3) Results: The interpretation of the results should be selective. Only point out important, new or remarkable findings or opinions in the work. Important data should be presented here as evidence.

(4) Conclusion: The conclusion is also very selective, and it is still important, but a brief explanation is enough. Avoid using sentences with no new meaning, such as "The result has been fully discussed", "The reason for this abnormality has been listed in this paper …", "A method developed based on this discovery has been explained in this paper" and so on.
