Ning Zuo, male, from Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Lecturer, Beijing University of Technology Law School. He obtained Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Law School of Renmin University of China for two years.

Main research direction: criminal procedure law. Main academic achievements: published dozens of papers, one monograph, one textbook and four co-authors in the journal Research of Law and Litigation Law; Participated in hosting a number of national, provincial and ministerial projects, and is currently studying the project: "Research on compulsory medical procedures for mental illness in China".

In 2009, he graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree thesis "Research on the Specialization of Sentencing Procedure in China", and published several legal academic papers in core journals such as Research on Litigation Law and Law Journal.
