Relying on the regional advantages of Shanghai's international metropolis and the strong support of the school's talent introduction policy, the School of Management of Shanghai University has accumulated a relatively strong faculty. There are about 100 professional teachers in our college, including Liu Yuanzhang, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, and nearly 40 professors and associate professors. Most of the existing professional teachers have doctoral degrees, including some overseas doctors from Japanese and American business schools (such as Purdue University School of Management). In addition, the college also hired a group of influential experts and scholars at home and abroad as part-time professors, which further improved the teaching quality and scientific research level. The college's existing professional teachers have presided over the completion of a number of national natural science foundation projects and national social science foundation projects, and published a large number of papers in top management journals in China. He has also published dozens of English papers and three international indexes collected by SSCI, and some professors are editors in world-class management core journals, such as AMP (English) of American National School of Management and JBR (English) of Journal of Management Research. At present, the number of English management papers and international research results are in a leading position in Shanghai universities.
