Sichuan Nursing Vocational College is a full-time public medical vocational college established with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's Government. It is the only university directly under the supervision of Sichuan Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission and the only nursing vocational college in the province. The college has two campuses in Chengdu and Deyang, covering an area of nearly 900 mu, with more than 7,800 full-time college students. There are seven three-year specialties (nursing, pharmacy, midwifery, rehabilitation technology, medical imaging technology, medical laboratory technology and traditional Chinese medicine) and three five-year vocational specialties (nursing, pharmacy and rehabilitation technology), among which outstanding students from five specialties (nursing, midwifery, rehabilitation technology, pharmacy and medical laboratory technology) have the opportunity to enter Southwest Medical University, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu Medical College respectively. The college actively carries out foreign cooperation and exchanges. Our hospital is the only international nurse qualification examination (ISPN) training base in southwest China.
