Based on the comprehensive geometric error model of CNC machine tools, the calculation method of comprehensive geometric error compensation for positioning motion, linear interpolation motion and spiral interpolation motion, and the clearance compensation method in the process of interpolation motion error compensation are established. This paper presents a method to realize dynamic compensation of comprehensive geometric errors on Huazhong CNC system.
