American farmers talk about tariff documents
As the United States launched a trade war against China, many American agricultural products lost the big market of China, which led to the decline of American agriculture. Many American farmers expressed their dissatisfaction with the government. In order to quell the anger of farmers, the US government decided to subsidize 4.07 billion US dollars to compensate farmers for their losses.

Recently, the United States has been raising tariffs, which has greatly reduced the export of agricultural products. Especially in the China market, the export of agricultural products dropped sharply. Among them, soybean sales to China decreased by more than 90%, and dairy products exports to China decreased by 43%. In addition to a lot of soybeans and corn that have nowhere to go, the American pig industry has recently received bad news: it has lost about $654.38 billion in pork exports. Agricultural income has also decreased by 50% in two years. Faced with this grim situation, the United States has to take subsidy measures to restore farmers' trust.

But American farmers don't seem to buy the government's approach. They expressed their disappointment with the government. Because they know that subsidies are only a temporary solution to the current predicament. If the Sino-US trade problem is not solved, the difficulties will continue. Moreover, the amount of subsidies is much less than the amount promised by the United States before, and the procedures for receiving subsidies are also very complicated. In fact, few farmers can get subsidies.

American farmers also expressed their attitude towards US government subsidies. They don't need subsidies, they want markets. Because a U.S. senator wrote to the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture earlier, saying that last year's assistance from the Ministry of Agriculture could only make up for about one-third of the losses of American farmers, and many farmers were on the verge of bankruptcy.

Obviously, the subsidy policy cannot make up for the losses caused by the wrong policy of the US government. If Trump can't treat the trade war correctly, it will be a devastating blow not only to the world economy but also to his own people.
