1, the teacher's "scene" in class is still too heavy. Although there are traces of students' subjective learning and active learning, they have not been implemented. 2. Teachers can't understand students and classrooms. It shows that teachers' classroom coping ability is insufficient, classroom regulation ability is insufficient, students' evaluation is vague and inappropriate, and motivation is insufficient. Some classes have almost no evaluation words. The default of the classroom is not in place, and the generation of the classroom is unprepared and will not be handled. This is not only a question of teachers' concept, but also a question of teachers' own ability.

3. The sense of innovation needs to be strengthened. The teaching plans of famous teachers can be learned and used for reference, and the online teaching design and courseware can also be used for reference, but they cannot be completely copied.
