Mainly engaged in the material structure theory, synthesis and performance research of crystalline semiconductor materials, mesoporous materials and carbon materials in inorganic chemistry and physical chemistry, and achieved a number of meaningful research results in the design and synthesis of ordered mesoporous materials on silicon, aluminum, titanium and zinc, structural regulation, heterostructure construction, nano-material modification, interfacial charge transfer characteristics and their relationship with photoelectric properties.
In recent years, the design, synthesis, electrocatalysis, electrochemical properties and SERS of nanocrystalline carbon and carbon-based composites have been systematically studied, and the morphology control of nanocrystalline carbon, the construction and performance regulation of carbon-based composites have been deeply understood.
Scientific research is mainly engaged in the preparation, characterization and application in environmental catalysis of titanium dioxide thin films, nano-materials and perovskite-type multi-component composite oxide nano-materials, and systematically studies the electronic structure, spectral characteristics, the relationship between structure and performance and the catalytic reaction mechanism of the materials. Theoretical chemistry is mainly engaged in the study of small molecule structure and stability, chemical reaction kinetics, cluster growth law, chemical reaction mechanism and rate constant, and the construction of molecular excited state potential energy surface.
