How to write the research goal of the paper?
The goal statement is not only necessary when filling in the project application, but also needs to be clearly stated in the journal papers. When researchers fill in the application form of national philosophy and social science plan or national education science plan, it is inevitable to state the objectives, research ideas and other contents.

The following is the content of the theoretical certificate of the national education science planning fund project.

1. Selection basis: academic history and research trends of related research at home and abroad; Compared with the existing research, this topic has unique academic value and application value.

2. Research content: research object, overall framework, key and difficult points, main objectives, etc.

3. Ideas and methods: the basic ideas, specific research methods, research plans and feasibility of this study.

4. Research basis: the relevant research results and core viewpoints of the project leader in the early stage.

5. Innovation: the characteristics and innovation of academic ideas, academic viewpoints and research methods.

6. Expected results: the form, use direction and expected social benefits of the results.

In this argument, the first four items are actually what we usually call the main content, components or elements of research design. We can summarize the first four items in turn as "why to study", "what to study", "how to study" and "what to prepare for research".

"Why do you want to study" is actually to demonstrate and confirm the necessity and value of the problem you are studying by combining the existing literature.

In the part of "what to study", the most important thing is to explain the research goal, that is, the goal statement. In some fund applications or the structural requirements of dissertations in some schools, it is often called research purpose. In the thesis opening report, we often find that students regard the same content as both the research goal and the research content. Students are often confused about this. What's the difference between them? Research goal refers to the question that your research ultimately wants to answer or solve, and the research content is a series of logically related sub-questions that are answered or solved in order to complete the research goal. In creswell's view, the goal of research is to clarify the intention of research. He also pointed out that the goal of research is not to study the questions-those questions will be answered by the collected data.

Need to accurately state the research objectives. The following is the "script" of creswell's statement on the objective of qualitative research.

This _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (refers to the purpose of research strategy, such as ethnography, case analysis or other types) research is to _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

The above-mentioned "scripts" are not only applicable to project applications, but also to published journal papers. Obviously, with this "script", the reviewer or reader can quickly and easily know the intention or main task of the researcher or author.

At the same time, the thinking, language organization and expression of this "script" is actually a process to promote researchers or writers to think clearly, methodically and structurally. If the researcher or author can't successfully state the research goal with a similar "script", it means that he hasn't thought clearly about what to do.

This "script" is also the program of the research plan. How to learn next, the specific research questions are all around this procedure. How to determine the research content? It is actually the specific content that is understood, described, formed or revealed in the "script". Or what researchers or authors want to understand, describe or reveal, the logical relationship and structure between these specific contents naturally constitute the overall framework and research ideas.
