The paper duplicate checking rate of general journals is usually below 25%~30%, that of provincial journals is generally within the range of 15%, and that of higher national journals is even stricter, usually below 10%. For core journals, the duplicate checking rate of papers will be more stringent, generally below 5%~ 10%. Some senior papers have a duplicate checking rate of 10% ~ 15%, intermediate papers have a duplicate checking rate of 15% ~ 20%, and low papers have a duplicate checking rate of 30%.
