Christopher Ni's Personal Life
Read young talents and return to China after graduating from normal school.

With rational and astute thinking and simple and humorous conversation, Christopher Ni has both the simplicity of a fisherman and the logic of a science student.

Jani's ancestors were fishermen. His father goes fishing in the sea and his mother does housework. Zhiqiang is the third child. Among the five brothers and sisters, he was a scholar since he was a child, and he was a top student in both primary and secondary schools. He goes to school on Dongtou Island by a small sampan every week. The small sampan carries the expectations of fishermen, and Christopher Ni was admitted to Wenzhou Normal University (now Wenzhou Normal University). 1984 graduated with the second place in the whole department. Everyone thought he would stay in Wenzhou, but he returned to Dongtou by boat. "At that time, I was young and had no thoughts. I just want to go home. " Christopher Ni became a physics teacher in Dongtou No.1 Middle School, his alma mater, and 26 years passed quickly. In these 26 years, he has been a civilian teacher from beginning to end, guarding the ideal of island education. I'm addicted to it and at a low ebb.

After graduating from normal school, Christopher Ni lived in the single dormitory of the school, ate three meals a day at school, used his youth, enthusiasm and drive to devote himself to his work, and often burned the midnight oil to prepare lessons.

The time spent was not in vain. "I taught very well a few years ago, and the students liked me very much." Christopher Ni said, "But something happened a few years later ..." Due to a long period of physical exhaustion, Christopher Ni suffered from rheumatic fever, which is a persistent connective tissue disease that involves the heart from throat inflammation, commonly known as "licking the joints and biting the heart". No matter how good his physical fitness is, he can't bear it. Valve disease was accompanied by enlargement of the heart, and then inflammation transferred to his eyes, and his right eye was almost blind. "I have been seriously ill several times for three years in a row." Hospitalization, injections, medicine, tossing and turning. Drug hormones make people fat. What saddens him most is that he can never walk on his beloved podium again. The school arranged an experimental equipment management for him, but he was not in the first-line teaching circle and was gradually forgotten by his peers, students and the podium. ...

Christopher Ni has reached the bottom of his life, which was in the mid-1990s. How many years can he throw? How did he rise up from the ashes?

Accumulated a lot of money and re-coached.

After Christopher Ni recovered a little, the school lacked physics teachers, so he asked for a part-time job. "The previous skills are still there, and the lessons are very detailed. Students can easily understand and learn. " Christopher Ni found the motivation to move forward again. When commenting on the title of "China Education Level 1", his open class got a rare high score, which puzzled the judges: How did this young man get such a good class because he was engaged in logistics? The school finally brought him back to the podium.

Christopher Ni is such a diligent, shrewd and outstanding person, but he said modestly, "It's just that I was lucky at that time and had the right idea, so I took less detours." He designed many questions for students in class to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning. "At that time, I didn't know what' problem-driven' was. I just think that students learn very smoothly by giving lectures like this. "

Now, besides my brother, he is still fishing in the open sea. His lover, sister, brother-in-law and several cousins are all teachers. A fisherman's family developed into a teacher's family We usually talk about education together. "I can't even play mahjong and cards." Christopher Ni laughed.

Christopher Ni subscribed to several most authoritative physics teaching journals at his own expense, and didn't want to miss any useful subject information. "I try my best to learn good things from others, whether they are younger than me or not." However, in this hinterland, what is lacking most is the resources of famous teachers. Without the guidance of a famous teacher, "it is likely to be in vain because of the wrong direction." Christopher Ni sighed.

Cherish the opportunity and insist on the famous teacher going up the stairs.

"If you want to climb to the top of the ice mountain, the fairy will show you the way." The "immortality" in Christopher Ni's life finally appeared. Around 2000, Christopher Ni led the school physics group to participate in a teaching and research activity in Yuhuan Middle School in neighboring Yuhuan County, which coincided with Zheng Qingyue, a national model worker, a meritorious teacher in Zhejiang Province and president of Yuhuan County Education College, giving lectures at the school. Through this rare opportunity, Christopher Ni not only learned the true story of "inquiry teaching", but more importantly, he met this senior in physics teaching and actually became one of his "supernumerary disciples". Whenever he is in trouble, he asks him for advice by letter, telephone and internet. And ask him to have a look at the lesson plans and papers he wrote. He was also invited to serve as the editorial board of physics elective textbooks edited by Zheng Qingyue.

The frank guidance of the master made Christopher Ni feel like a spring breeze, and the level of scientific research improved rapidly. In 2006, Christopher Ni compiled a course of "Thin Film Interference" with newly learned ideas, and won the first prize in the 7th National Physics Teaching Design Competition for Middle Schools.

The opportunity is so rare that Christopher Ni will make full use of every opportunity he seizes. In this competition, Christopher Ni attended classes for three consecutive days, without missing a class, and also discussed with a teacher around him, commenting and debating each class. The teacher's name was "Changhong Tao", but Christopher Ni didn't take it to heart. Only when I came back did I find out that he is a well-known figure in China and is currently the director of the Beijing Physics Teaching and Research Section. Since then, he has had another mentor. Although separated from Wan Li, their contact has never stopped.

Jiang Shuigen, Wu Jiashu, Xu Liang ... Shiny names entered Christopher Ni's address book, and Christopher Ni seemed to enter an academic circle composed of experts. "To be a famous teacher,' love life' is the premise,' diligence' and' learning' are the two major elements, and the guidance of' famous teachers' is the catalyst." Christopher Ni concluded, "Without a famous teacher, it doesn't mean that you won't succeed, but success will come later."

I am not arrogant or impetuous, I don't like the new and hate the old, and I swear to take success as the starting point.

After Christopher Ni was awarded the senior title of middle school in 2002, the career development can be described as "acceleration". "From then on, I entered a process of combining thinking, teaching and scientific research, and slowly wrote my previous accumulation. I have been publishing articles since 2005. " He only published 20 articles in national journals.

"A mature idea won't come out at once," Christopher Ni wanted to tell the young teachers. "Even if you want to be useful at ordinary times. If every idea is recorded in words, it can be upgraded to a paper with deeper thinking and let it sprout. " Christopher Ni said that after his articles were written, they were all published in magazines to editors he didn't know. This made him more confident: "The article has been affirmed by others, which proves that my idea is correct."

In 2007, he presided over the project "Practical Research on Giving Full Play to Students' Subjectivity Strategies in Senior High School Physics Teaching under the New Curriculum", which was approved as a planning project in Zhejiang Province one year later and was exchanged and promoted at the 2009 National Physics Annual Meeting. His class is in full swing, and the wonderful part is handy. On one occasion, someone suddenly came to the lecture. Without adequate preparation, he only used a spring scale and a weight to develop seven ways of inquiry, from life to discipline. It's simple, it's simple, it makes students feel comfortable, and teachers can listen.

"Next, I should be able to go one step further. Super' will definitely not be my destination. " I am very happy to be named "Super" Christopher Ni, not because I am infatuated with this dazzling aura, but because I think there will be more platforms for my own study, more famous teachers and better classes. A studio named after "Christopher Ni" is under preparation, aiming at training outstanding teachers in the county.
