When Dr. Henry Blier, the general coordinator of the World Cultural Heritage (ICOMOS), checked into the hotel he was in charge of, he was full of praise after dinner and happily wrote an inscription: "This is the best dish I have ever eaten in China, and Mr. Li Bo's cooking is a very important part of Anyang's historical and cultural heritage."
