Based on the present situation of geological data information management and service in Zhongyuan Oilfield, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions on developing the cluster industrialization of geological data information service in Zhongyuan Oilfield, such as constructing cluster service system, management system guarantee system and network service system, speeding up the construction of geological data center and strengthening the construction of talent team.

1 preface

In order to give full play to the potential value of geological data and improve the service ability of geological data storage units, the Ministry of Land and Resources issued the Work Plan for Promoting the Clustering Industrialization of Geological Data Information Services, which requires the whole country to actively carry out the clustering industrialization of geological data information services (hereinafter referred to as "industrialization"). Centering on oil and gas exploration, development and scientific research, Zhongyuan Oilfield strengthens geological data system construction, resource construction, information construction, team building and utilization services, and earnestly pays special attention to the qualification work of geological data collection and entrusted custody. At the same time, the collected data were cleaned up one by one, and the original and physical geological data databases were established. The geological data management system of China Petrochemical Company was popularized and applied, and the catalogue database of entrusted custody of oil and gas geological data was established, which passed the qualification inspection and acceptance of entrusted custody of oil and gas geological data in China. In view of the present situation of geological data management and digitization in Zhongyuan Oilfield, some thoughts and suggestions are put forward.

2 Geological data information service cluster industrialization foundation and existing problems

2. 1 Two-type working basis of geological data information service

The industrialization of geological data information must be based on modern information technology, and the products needed by the oilfield must be processed according to the needs of users. From the aspects of improving the management and service level of geological data, we will strengthen and promote the pace of geological data information integration.

2. 1. 1 Basic situation of geological data management

Zhongyuan Oilfield Geological Data Center has basically completed the construction of hardware facilities in the central computer room, and realized the network connectivity of the whole oilfield in terms of network construction; Through sorting, filing, recording, scanning and product development, it provides a smooth channel for information sharing among various units in the oilfield. The construction, maintenance and update of geological data catalog database have been completed. By using the geological data management information system of China Petrochemical Company, the entity arrangement, barcode labeling and cataloging database construction of the incoming geological files are completed, which realizes the synchronization of the arrangement of the incoming geological files and the cataloging database construction, and facilitates the management and utilization of the files after storage. The Detailed Rules for the Management of Surveying and Mapping Achievements in Zhongyuan Oilfield and the Measures for the Confidentiality Management of Archives Management Office were formulated and issued, equipped with a special computer for the management of classified geological data, implemented the confidentiality commitment system for the use of classified geological data, strengthened the confidentiality management of classified geological data, and avoided the loss and leakage of geological data.

2. 1.2 Utilization and service of geological data

Geological data utilization service is the direct embodiment of geological data management department's service for scientific research and production, the performance of highlighting the value of geological data and developing geological data information resources, and the ultimate goal of geological data management. It has two outstanding features:

First, the service model is constantly innovating. Both systems are built on the enterprise-level virtual platform of Zhongyuan Oilfield Information Center, and users of oilfield network and Sinopec system can access through Zhongyuan Oilfield Enterprise Network1000M. Authorized Internet users can log in to these two systems through the VPN server of Zhongyuan Oilfield. The daily borrowing work is to log in to the system for online services such as data retrieval and access, which realizes online query and * * * sharing of geological data information.

2. 1.3 latest work progress of geological data

In the past two years, Zhongyuan Oilfield has carried out the work of cleaning up classified geological data, entrusted custody construction, geological data exchange and system construction.

First, based on the geological data cleaning work, the collection materials will be cleaned one by one, and the construction of geological data catalogue database will be intensified. Accumulated 166203 files and 8 1479 1 original geological data, completed the on-site cleaning and registration of the physical geological data in the core library and the construction of the physical geological data database, and installed the physical geological data cleaning management information system.

The second is to strengthen centralized management, pay close attention to the tracking and collection of surveying and mapping results, improve management ledgers, improve storage conditions, implement management responsibilities, strengthen lending management, and prevent loss and leakage.

Third, the task of submitting geological data was completed, and 720 geological data were submitted to China Petrochemical Geological Data Center.

Fourthly, using the geological data management information system of China Petrochemical Company, the database construction of the original geological data of the oilfield was completed. The catalog database of original and physical geological data of oil and gas in 20 mining rights blocks reported to the state was standardized and sorted out, and the imperfect fields were supplemented and improved. Completed the catalog database construction and data collection of original and physical geological data entrusted by various land and resources departments of Zhongyuan Oilfield, and earnestly assumed the responsibility and obligation of entrusted custody of oil and gas geological data.

2.2 Two problems in geological data information service

In recent years, although a lot of work has been done in promoting the industrialization of geological data, there are still the following problems:

First, there is a lack of effective control measures for geological data submission, resulting in low data submission, scattered data and information, low degree of integration, insufficient deep processing of information products and short industrial chain.

Second, the information service and management system is not perfect and the mechanism is not perfect. Services are generally limited to certain designated service objects and industries, and they are not fully connected with the units under their jurisdiction to enjoy information. The service coverage is narrow, and the information service mode provided is relatively simple. For example, the geological data of foreign (or foreign) oil field exploration and construction only stay in the local area after the end of the construction information period, and the construction department has no relevant geological data, so it is difficult to play its potential reference role. This mode, which lacks comprehensive management and multi-directional service, is difficult to play the due role of a large number of geological data and information, resulting in a huge waste of information resources.

Third, the compilation and research of geological data is insufficient, and the products are still thin.

Fourth, the collection of oilfield archives and original geological data is large, and the digitization rate of the original text is low, which needs to be accelerated.

Fifth, the team of geological data management personnel lacks professional technical ability, and the total number of personnel with professional backgrounds such as archives, petroleum geology, computers and information only accounts for 40% of the total number. The unreasonable professional structure is serious, which leads to the contradiction of digitalization of geological data, insufficient information service products and low quality.

3. Suggestions on developing the industrialization of geological data information service cluster

In order to give full play to the intrinsic value of the existing oilfield geological data information, it is not enough to integrate information only through passive demand and limit the service to the specific industry of the unit. According to the demand of petroleum industry, actively expand the scope of information services, provide diversified and multi-level information services by using cluster information resources, give full play to its social benefits and economic value, and give back the input of geological work to the society, thus forming the industrialization of geological data information.

On the one hand, it is necessary to collect and sort out geological data scattered in various departments and industries through oilfield administrative departments, conduct extensive research and demand analysis, formulate a unified standard system, develop a user-friendly system service platform, and maximize the utilization rate of geological data. Pay close attention to docking with the database of units in the jurisdiction, understand the distribution of geological data, and strengthen publicity.

On the other hand, we should give full play to the guiding role of oilfield geological archives, take online training, centralized training, on-site guidance and other ways to further strengthen the training and technical guidance of geological data collection, especially to strengthen the training of electronic file collection, improve the collection quality, explore ways to incorporate important raw materials into the collection of results, and establish a supervision platform.

3. 1 Build a cluster geological data information service system to solve the demand of scattered and insufficient information service products.

At present, the geological data information service system, which focuses on geological data collection institutions and emphasizes pure public welfare services, is difficult to meet the diversified market demand for specialized and personalized geological data information under the market economy conditions. The implementation of the two-oriented strategy is conducive to building a new mechanism for geological data service, promoting the change of service mode from single to multiple, and solving the power source problem of geological data service. It is necessary to do a good job in project tracking, further do a good job in the collection and collection of geological data, establish a demand-oriented geological data information service mechanism through industrial innovation, integrate geological data information service functions through cluster innovation, and process scattered heterogeneous data information into standard service products to form scale effect. 3.2 Accelerate the construction of geological data center and build the core platform of oilfield geological data information cluster.

While integrating the accumulation, storage, processing and R&D services of geological data resources, we should also accumulate and store all the national (including foreign) original data, physical data and achievement data catalog databases, important original data databases, physical data image databases, and achievement geological data graphic databases, as well as a large number of thematic databases and digital products formed in the exploration and construction of this oilfield, so as to build the core platform of each oilfield geological data information cluster to serve enterprises. It must be done. Due to the different objects and functions of management data, the application degree of each unit is different, so we should pay attention to the application of the system and give full play to the management function of the information system. 3.3 the construction of oilfield geological data information service cluster industrial management system security system

The biggest bottleneck of geological data service is the restriction of confidentiality policy and the lack of information integration mechanism. At present, there are still some problems to be solved:

First, the geological data management mechanism is not smooth. Due to the division of departments, it is difficult for data management departments to grasp the information of various geological work projects and the geological data generated, and in fact, it is impossible to supervise the submission of certain types of geological data.

3.5 To establish the industrialization system of oilfield geological data information cluster, we must strengthen the construction of talent team.
