2. Application

Generally speaking, there are only three topics in the application of county-level papers. In induction, comprehensive analysis, countermeasures, implementation (official document writing) and application for discussion (large composition), large composition is generally required. In previous years, the township volume also investigated three topics, but 19 investigated five topics. In the process of induction, comprehensive analysis, countermeasures and implementation, it chose the third one, and generally did not examine the big composition.
