He worked in the School of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. 1992 graduated from the department of applied chemistry of Sichuan university, 1997 graduated from the department of inorganic materials of Sichuan university, and later taught at the university of electronic science and technology of China. Graduated from the Department of Electronic Science and Technology of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2008. He is currently the deputy director of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In 2008, he was promoted to professor, and 20 14 was the chief professor of electronic information materials and devices experimental center.
