1. Basic treatment:

Oil, dust and scum on the surface of concrete base must be removed. 2. Brush coating construction:

① Weigh according to the weight ratio of powder: water = 1:: 025-0.3.

②. Stirring: firstly, pour the water into the container, then pour the powder into the water, and mechanically stir for five minutes.

(3) Brush coating: Brush the coating evenly on the surface of the base with a hard brush for several times, usually 2-3 times. The second coating can only be carried out after the first curing (if the first surface is dry and white, it needs to be wetted before the next coating). The coating dosage is 1.2- 1.5KG/㎡, and the coating thickness should be greater than 0.8 mm ..

According to the design requirements, the groove should be embedded with sealing material, and the details such as the angle of yin and yang and the pipe root should be brushed many times (2-4 times). Underground engineering should be laid with a layer of matrix reinforcement.

4. Dry powder spreading construction:

Spread the powder of 1KG/㎡ evenly on the surface of the partially solidified concrete, and immediately press the powder into the concrete with a wood trowel for calendering until the surface is smooth and smooth, without looseness and roughness.

5. Maintenance method:

After the coating is completed, it shall be maintained for not less than 72 hours, and it shall not be damaged when sprinkling water. You can cover the curing layer, or spray alcohol for curing after the coating is fixed, but it should be noted that the coating must not be damaged when spraying water.

Precautions:

(1). The construction temperature should be between 5 and 35℃, and the mixed slurry should be used up within 20 minutes;

(2) After the coating is cured, sharp hard objects should be prevented from hitting the coating. If it is damaged, it should be repaired in time.

Note: The product should be kept away from moisture. Under standard storage conditions, the storage period is one year.
