3, you should read books, read some easy-to-understand management books, don't read management books in universities, those theoretical things are extremely empty and useless.

4. It is highly recommended that you watch The Complete Works win in China. There are always three seasons, so you should watch carefully and understand. I believe your understanding will be greatly improved.
