Then return to the original goal: to establish a basic guarantee system for the future development of science and technology in China and serve all aspects of the future development of science and technology in China. China Knowledge Network was established on the basis of this committee, dedicated to the purpose of "providing a platform for exchange and appreciation of China's papers".
So what did this Committee do? He did nothing. His only function is: at the initial stage of the establishment of HowNet, to push all colleges and universities in China to connect with China HowNet, and to establish a standard channel for uploading and publishing papers.
