We should be familiar with and adapt to the WTO and other international trade rules, actively use the multilateral mechanism of the WTO to safeguard our own rights and interests, avoid and deal with all possible accusations, and be in a favorable position in trade frictions. When dealing with trade frictions with the United States, we should make full use of the WTO's trade dispute settlement mechanism to safeguard China's economic rights and interests. (2) Strengthen the consultation between the two governments. Strengthen regular and irregular talks between Chinese and American governments, exchange economic and scientific information and views in a timely manner, and actively resolve trade disputes.
