Title: On the Characteristics of Wang Guozhen's Poetry

Department (Department): Chinese Department

Major: China Language and Literature.

Theme: Modern Literature in China.

Student: XXX

Lecturer: XX

First, the source and significance of the research.

For Wang Guozhen, a famous poet who became popular all over the country in the early 1990s, young people, especially middle school students, are familiar with him, so Wang Shi has a large number of loyal readers. Wang's poems not only have young people's life interest and simple expression techniques, but also have detached, open-minded, simple and indifferent attitude towards life, which stems from the poet Wang Guozhen's second creation of the open-minded, elegant and free-spirited life philosophy of China's traditional poems since the Song and Yuan Dynasties. The poet Wang Guozhen's attitude towards life is called "Wang Guozhen's attitude towards life" by today's society. Undoubtedly, it can inspire generation after generation and make young people gain great enlightenment and solid ideal confidence in the complicated life.

This paper aims to provide some superficial value theories for literary researchers through the research and exploration of the artistic features of Wang Guozhen's poetry, so that more people can widely understand and identify with this famous lyric poet and his poetic features in the last century, and make clear the position of Wang Guozhen's poetry in the poetic world, with a view to attracting more readers and literary lovers to pay attention to Wang Guozhen and his poems.

Second, the research status at home and abroad

Wang Guozhen, as a contemporary lyric poet, is quite different from the leading figures in China's early poetry circles such as Wen Yiduo, Xu Zhimo, Gu Cheng and Shu Ting. Wang Guozhen's poetry creation stage is relatively late, and he became famous in the near age of no doubt. It is worth noting that his poems have no trace of political color, and express ordinary people, things and things in ordinary language, which is unpretentious but meaningful. In a sense, his poetic style is commendable, so his poems have a wide and far-reaching impact on the readers. However, there are only a handful of studies on his poems in China's literary world, lacking extensive and powerful academic research and exploration, and there is still no glorious shadow of him in this widely praised literary land abroad. Of course, there are many reasons for this. First of all, the influence of Wang's poems is almost limited to young people. The content of the poem is easy to understand and does not need in-depth appreciation, so there is no need for authoritative academic analysis in creation; Secondly, in today's literary world, poetry, as a literary form, has been in the low tide of literature, and its development is restricted by various aspects. So I think we should strengthen the study of Wang Guozhen's poems.

Third, the research objectives of the thesis.

The research goal of this paper is to explore the characteristics of Wang Guozhen's poetry, highlight the artistic charm of Wang's poetry, further enhance the value and position of poetry in the history of China literature, and make the society agree with the view that "poetry comes from life, but reflects life in a deeper level".

Fourthly, the research content of this paper.

Wang Guozhen is a famous middle-aged poet and master of calligraphy and painting, and has enjoyed a good reputation in the literary world since 1990s. Wang Shi can find greatness from ordinary things, eternity from ordinary feelings, lofty theme and profound meaning, which shows the poet's unique personality charm and literary skills. The content of this paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:

1, the background of Wang Guozhen;

2. Analysis and research on Wang Guozhen's creative peak;

3. The characteristics and research of Wang Guozhen's poems;

The characteristics of Wang's poems are as follows: the theme is more targeted, the length is short, the organization is clear, the words are concise, the music is beautiful, and the ego and ego coexist in the poem, and so on;

4. The value and position of Wang Guozhen and his poems in the history of contemporary literature.

However, with the deepening of market economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As the core of enterprise competition, human resources are the most dynamic, promising and profitable strategic resources and the key to the success or failure of enterprises. At present, the human resource management of some private enterprises is too simple, the human resource management institutions exist in name only, there is almost no training investment, and the incentive mechanism is very simple. Because private enterprises do not pay enough attention to human resource management, employees are highly mobile and their training enthusiasm is not good. With the development of enterprises, the demand for all kinds of talents is increasing, and the imperfection of human resource management system has become the bottleneck of enterprise development. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the human resource management of private enterprises has become an urgent problem for private enterprises in China.

The significance of this study:

Facing the trend of economic globalization, whether an enterprise can survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competitive environment depends on whether it has core competitiveness, which mainly comes from the human resources in the enterprise. Once human resource management increasingly highlights its important role in enterprise value, any enterprise can not do without excellent human resources. Private enterprises urgently need to adjust their management concepts and talent awareness, establish a complete and scientific human resource management system, shape excellent corporate culture, improve employee loyalty, and realize sustainable development and permanent operation. Topic: The influence of different environments on the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori.

(1) Questions raised

Influenced by my father who is a doctor, I have a strong interest in medicine. Recently, I learned from some books that Hp is the pathogenic factor of gastritis, gastric ulcer and even gastric cancer. I have learned more about HP by consulting the materials.

1. Background

As early as a century ago, people found that there was a spiral microorganism in the stomach, which was ignored because it could not be separated for a long time. Until 19xx, Australian scholars discovered Campylobacter from human gastric biopsy specimens, and its name has evolved several times. 19xx was named as Helicobacterpylori(Hp), which was translated into helicobacter pylori in China. Since HP was separated, scholars all over the world have done a lot of research on it. It has been confirmed that chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and functional dyspepsia are related to this, and some studies have confirmed that gastric cancer is also related to Hp. Therefore, countries spend a lot of manpower and material resources to check and treat HP. 19xx, Hp was identified as an oral carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer of WTO. Therefore, I wonder if we can find effective preventive measures to prevent Hp infection. After the transformation, it has become a topic now: the influence of different environments on Hp infection rate.

2. Value

Some data show that Hp is transmitted through mouth-to-mouth or fecal mouth-to-mouth communication. China has a large population and a relatively dense living and working environment, which provides certain conditions for Hp infection. However, for people working under different conditions, such as those with better working and living conditions and those with poor working and living conditions, there are few research data on whether there is a difference in Hp infection rate. If the working and living environment really affects the infection rate of Hp, it provides a certain theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of Hp.

3. Research on similar themes

After consulting, the survey data of Hp infection rate showing different economic levels, working environment and living environment are few. Someone investigated the difference of Hp infection rate in different economic levels and the same occupation (clinicians and non-clinicians), which provided reference for my research.

4. Feasibility of the study

(1) science. The research objects are strictly selected, the instruments are precise (using 13C-UBT breath detection), the detection methods are advanced, and the research groups are comparable.

(2) effectiveness. Some data show that the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in developing countries is higher than that in developed countries, especially among children, and the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori increases rapidly with age. China is a developing country with high infection rate, so it is more important to study the prevention of Hp infection.

(3) innovation. At present, no one has compared the infection rate of Hp in different working and living environments, and my topic can provide some reference materials for this research.

(B) the subjective and objective conditions of research

1. member's major

I have a strong interest in medicine and biology and have a better understanding. Be rigorous in doing things, and be competent in the operation of precision experimental instruments and the statistical processing of experimental data after proper training. Have logical thinking ability and can analyze experimental data.

2. Information and equipment

The experiment was conducted in 30 1 hospital. The Gastroenterology Laboratory of our hospital has a high-precision gas isotope ratio mass spectrometer (GIRMS) and has accumulated thousands of experiences.

3. Mentor

Cai Changhao, 30 1 Deputy Chief Physician, Associate Professor.

(3) Research plan

Research object and research method: Exclude patients who have received Hp examination in the hospital, and register their work nature, family life environment and social life environment by filling out questionnaires, and divide them into two groups, with 30 people in each group. One is high economic level and excellent working and living environment (mainly for complex mental workers); The other group is people with low economic level and relatively poor working and living environment (mainly simple manual workers).

1. Influence of different working environments on the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori

(1) Age: years old.

(2) Education level: below high school or above university.

(3) Work unit: company or marketing.

(4) Economic income: less than 20xx yuan, 20xx~5000 yuan or more.

(5) Nature of work: mental work or manual work.

(6) Daily flow of people in the work area: more or less.

(7) Office conditions; Office or market?

(8) Home environment: apartment, dormitory package or bungalow.

(9) Transportation: private car, public transportation or bicycle.

(10) Medical conditions: designated hospitals at public expense or self-selected hospitals.

(1 1) medical conditions: symptoms, regular physical examination.

(12) Pay attention to your health.

2. Selection criteria of research objects

(1) Age is 20-35 years old.

(2) Not taking antibiotics in the last two weeks.

(3) No antacids were used in the last two weeks.

(4) No history of gastric surgery.

(5) No history of mental illness, able to cooperate with the investigation.

3. Research methods

(1) After determining the selected object, fill in the research knowledge table.

(2) Come to the hospital to detect Helicobacter pylori as required.

(3) Detection method: 13C urease breath test (13C-UBT).

(4) Step: Take a standard meal on an empty stomach in the examination room on the day of the examination, and take samples according to the unified standard.

(5) Basic principle: Under normal circumstances, there are few bacteria in the stomach with no urease activity, but they are rich in urease, which can decompose endogenous and exogenous urea into NH3 and CO2, and the latter is absorbed into the blood circulation in the mucosa of the small intestine and finally exhaled by the lungs. Therefore, if a certain dose of isotopically labeled urea is taken orally and the exhaled gas contains highly sensitive 13C labeled CO2, it can be judged whether there is Hp infection in the stomach. 13C- urea is a stable isotope, which has no radiation effect and is harmless to human body. The sensitivity and specificity of 13C-UBT in detecting Hp are 90%- 100%, and UBT is superior to histological examination in clinical routine examination of Hp.

4. Test plan

(1) screening subjects and 13C urease breath test for 2 ~ 3 months.

(2) Analyze the experimental results for 1 ~ 2 months.

(3) Write a thesis for 2 months.

5. Statistical processing

Statistical analysis of all test results.

(4) Expected results

(1) There may be differences in Hp infection rate between the two groups. Through analysis, we can summarize the influence of environment on the infection rate of Helicobacter pylori, and put forward corresponding prevention and control suggestions.

(2) Complete the paper 1 article.

(5) Reference materials
