2, measuring unreeling

According to the coordinate datum, general plan and construction drawing of enclosure project provided by the owner. The project department will release the pile position control line according to the drawing, set up temporary control piles, make a technical review sheet, and submit it to the general contractor and the supervision owner for acceptance after being reviewed by the company's professionals.

3, excavation groove

According to the boundary of foundation pit enclosure, excavate the trench with 0.4m3 excavator, and the trench size is 1000× 1200mm, and remove the underground obstacles. The excavated trench soil should be treated in time to ensure the normal construction of the double-wheel milling cement-soil mixing wall.

4.CSM construction machinery in place

The monitor on duty commanded the pile driver to be in place, laid steel plates under the pile driver, saw the situation of up, down, left and right before moving, removed obstacles in time when found, checked the positioning situation after moving and corrected it in time; Construction machinery should be stable and upright, observed with theodolite or line hammer to ensure the verticality of drilling rig; The positioning deviation of cement-soil mixing wall should be less than 50 mm, the horizontal deviation should not exceed 20mm, the depth should not be less than the design wall depth and should not be greater than 100mm, and the verticality deviation of the wall should not exceed 1/400.
