First of all, you must submit an application for joining the Party (it will take one year before you can run as an activist). After you submit your application, you must submit your ideological report on time, usually once a month. During this period (or before), you will go to the party school, which will hand in a paper. Teachers in party classes will talk about it, and then activists will run for office. After you are elected, there will be mass forums and conversations with your superiors, and then you have to fill out a volunteer letter to join the party before you can make a decision within the party.
