How to start the page number of graduation thesis from the text
In graduation thesis, the page number usually starts from the body, not from the abstract or table of contents. This is because the text is the main content of the paper, and the starting position of the page number should reflect the structure and content of the paper.

If you need to set the page number from the text, you can follow these steps:

Open the Word document and go to the Insert tab.

Select "Page Number" and select "Page Number" in the pop-up menu.

In the Page Number Format dialog box, select 1 as the Start Page Number, and then click OK.

Right-click the position where you want to set the page number, and then select the page number.

In the Page Number dialog box, select 1 as the Start Page Number, and then click OK.

In this way, you can set the page number from the body. If you have problems setting page numbers, you can check the Page Setup tab in the document properties and find the Page Number Format option to ensure that it matches the page number format you selected.
