On the Reform of Chinese Curriculum in Primary Schools: Independent Reading around Information
He Guangyun from Anhuili Central Primary School
"Chinese Curriculum Standard" puts forward that students should "initially have the ability to collect and process information." This is a new goal and requirement to adapt to the times. In the information society, with the promotion of innovation and individuality, how to obtain information quickly and effectively, and identify, distinguish, screen and combine information from it, this practical reading skill is becoming more and more important. Therefore, teachers should train students to master this kind of efficient and practical reading skills and methods. Only in this way can students choose and absorb in the vast sea of books.
First, read independently and collect information.
The educational concept of the new curriculum makes people realize that "the extension of Chinese and the extension of life" are equal, people's horizons are broadened, their concepts are updated, from books to outside books, from schools to society, and students' reading scope is not limited to textbooks, extracurricular books, newspapers and magazines, which are all materials for learning languages. Therefore, students should be encouraged to read independently, collect information, keep abreast of the latest knowledge and absorb the most vivid language. In teaching, I try to guide them to read independently, collect information, keep abreast of the latest knowledge and absorb the most vivid language from several aspects. In teaching, I try to guide them to read independently from several aspects:
1, want to contact inside and outside the class, open the classroom, open the teaching materials, let students collect information according to the knowledge in the class, supplement the text, enrich the connotation of the text and broaden students' horizons. In this way, the text is "just an example", and students can explore deeply on the second basis, get hypertext information and read the "textbook" thicker. For example, when studying Jiuzhaigou, I asked students to collect relevant information according to the text. The students found many articles describing Jiuzhaigou, including the introduction of tourism, and some even printed out all the pictures of Jiuzhaigou. This kind of reading, screening and training students' ability to collect and organize information, they are pleasantly surprised to realize that knowledge can be obtained through their own hands and brains, not just by listening to teachers' suggestions. In this way, they learned to read, laid the foundation for lifelong learning, learned methods and formed habits. Only when reading becomes an independent activity can students learn from roughness and get the best.
2. Books are closely related to life. Life is an open book and a source of knowledge. In teaching, I try to guide students to open their eyes and feel attentively, and ask them to "listen more to things outside the window and concentrate on reading useful books", and absorb more information from their lives to enrich themselves, which can inspire their imagination and creativity, broaden their horizons, establish a correct outlook on life, and be as big as current affairs and politics, such as the 16th National Congress, the Olympic bid and football matches. From family life, community activities and campus life, students should observe carefully, see with their own eyes, appreciate, compare, analyze and think, and gradually form their own unique views. Therefore, life and nature are a broader classroom for students. There is a poem saying that we went out/on the way to nature's preparation/read seedlings/grass/wings/dragonflies/birds/imagination/notice branches/fields in yellow and green trees/unadorned pictures/we went out/read nature/read one new book after another with our eyes and brains.
Second, cooperative inquiry, comprehensive information
The future society is a competitive society as well as a cooperative society. Without a strong spirit of teamwork and mutual learning, it is difficult for individuals to do a good job. So now we advocate cooperative learning and share successful experiences together. In teaching activities, I combine book life, guide students to choose reading direction, cooperate with learning, and then combine the collected information, that is, carry out special research reading. For example, in "Love Home", students read and extract articles about paternal love, maternal love and teacher love in groups, and then communicate in groups and edit them in categories. Among them are classic works such as My Back, My Mother, Red Lotus, and A Bowl of Yangchun Noodles. And the poem "Motherly Love". One group collected many old songs, such as Mother's Kiss, Straw Shoes, Good Dad, Bad Dad and Grandma's Penghu Bay, while the other group collected fairy tales and nursery rhymes. A group recommended the movie "My Mom and Dad" and the TV series "Mom". Through cooperative reading, students have accumulated a lot of internalized language materials to feel, experience, be moved and be shocked. They don't need to preach, and what they learn can be chewed for a lifetime. This is the original meaning of education and the true meaning of education.
Third, experience innovation and process informatization.
Learn to collect independently, learn to combine and migrate, and learn to innovate. In reading, everyone will have their own different experiences, feelings, understandings, or be inspired by them, which will lead to perfection and thinking. At this time, they will be emotional and want to feel. This is to guide students to process, create and have a spiritual dialogue with the author. This is a deeper communication. For example, the middle school students in Dear Family feel the greatness of their families, the affection of their parents and the love of their ancestors. They should make their emotions more passionate, pick up a pen, write or draw, write down their feelings, pick up a camera, shoot or take pictures, and record precious moments in life. Observe and experience with eyes and mind; Experience with action, and then return. For example, write a portrait of parents for about 20 years and compare it with their birthdays. Then write it down, then communicate and feel. Students' minds have been subtly baptized.
