Citation of original materials: when quoting directly in the text, the author and year should be indicated, and the page number should be marked in brackets. If there is any missing information, when using English, three ellipses should be used in the sentence (…), and six ellipses should be used in Chinese; If the information between two sentences is omitted, English should be marked with four ellipses (‥‥) and Chinese should be marked with six ellipses (…).

If you want to insert your own explanation in the direct quotation, you should use square brackets []. If there are any spelling, grammar or punctuation errors in the material that will confuse readers, you should insert [original] immediately after the quotation and use Chinese [original].

Matters needing attention in official document format

Foreign language materials can be copied on a4 paper. If printed, it should be a small four in times new roman font, and the translation should be a small four in Song Dynasty. The format should refer to the text format requirements of graduation thesis. In addition, we should also pay attention to whether the conclusion of graduation thesis is appropriate.

Chinese abstract and keywords: the word "abstract" is written in bold, centered, and two spaces are added between "abstract" and "important", and the content is in small four. The three words "keywords" are written in small four-character bold, usually 3-5.
