First, the translation automatic door unit includes the following components:

(1) main controller: it is the command center of the automatic door, and sends corresponding instructions through the large integrated block with instruction program to command the motor or electric lock system to work; At the same time, people adjust the opening speed, opening range and other parameters of the door leaf through the main controller.

(2) Induction detector: responsible for collecting external signals, just like human eyes. When the moving object enters its working range, a pulse signal is given to the main controller;

(3) Power motor: provides the main power for opening and closing the door and controls the acceleration and deceleration of the door leaf.

(4) The walking track of the door leaf: Just like the rail of a train, the spreader gear train of the door leaf is constrained to walk in a specific direction.

(5) Gear train of door leaf spreader: used to hang movable door leaves and drive them to run under power traction.

(6) Synchronous belt (some manufacturers use V belt): a gear train used to transmit the power generated by the motor and pull the door leaf spreader.

(7) Lower guide system: it is a guide and positioning device at the lower part of the door leaf to prevent the door leaf from swinging back and forth during operation.

When the door leaf is to be opened and closed at the same time, its working process is as follows:

When the induction detector detects someone entering, it sends a pulse signal to the main controller, and the main controller informs the motor to run after judgment, and at the same time monitors the number of revolutions of the motor to inform the motor to apply force at a certain time and enter a slow running. After the motor gets a certain running current, it runs forward to transmit power to the synchronous belt, and then the synchronous belt transmits power to the spreader system to open the door leaf; After the door leaf is opened, the controller will make a judgment. If it is necessary to close the door, the motor will be informed to move in the opposite direction to close the door leaf.
