When I first changed from a student to a welder, I studied with an open mind and worked hard to improve my technical level. In the same year, he stood out among the young workers who entered the factory with excellent results, obtained various welding qualifications and reached the welding level of front-line employees, and joined the work in advance.

When I was just engaged in welding, I knew Master Li Wanjun, who taught me how to use welding methods correctly, how to adjust my mentality and the quality requirements of welding posts. It is a great honor to attend the advanced welder class in the welding workshop. In the advanced class, from theory to practice, on the one hand, I want to learn theoretical knowledge and carry out practical operation on the basis of theoretical knowledge. On the other hand, we should not delay the production task because of study. Advanced classes spend part of their time learning skills during their breaks. The training time is always at noon or on the rest day. It is the spirit of our advanced class that is not afraid of hardship and fatigue that cultivates the technical backbone of our batch of workshops. At work, Li is both my teacher and my mentor. If you encounter problems in your work that you can't solve, you should consult Li Shifu and resolutely "ask, watch, study and use your head diligently". Make me constantly improve my ability and level.

Skilled operating procedures I'll start with the process requirements. After working hours, I took a break at noon to study the process documents, and compared them with my own welding posts, so I firmly learned them by heart. And get full marks in the process document examination organized by the workshop, and get excellent results in the "one-stop cleaning" activity.

I deeply know that as a welder, I should not only study and work, but also deeply understand the central significance of the company leaders' speech. After the chairman put forward the quality requirement of "not bad at all, not bad at all", I studied the shortcomings in my welding process and set up a project to tackle the problem. Especially in the third production process of 250 km hours, I carefully studied the process documents and solved the welding defects in the first and second production processes. I solved the problem of air leakage suppression by one-step welding and two-step welding respectively by welding, and passed on my experience to my comrades around me, ensuring that the qualified rate of quality reached 100%. The welding process is adopted to solve the undercut problem of the inner rib plate in one step and two steps, so as to ensure that the qualified rate of quality reaches 100% and the qualified rate of production process inspection reaches 100%. And by the site supervisors, quality inspectors and company leaders alike.

At present, the company is at a critical moment of "improving quality and increasing efficiency, and climbing the peak again". Facing the severe test of an annual output of 7,000 bogies, as a member of long-distance passenger, I will devote myself to the development of long-distance passenger, and I will do my duty and contribute to the long-term development of long-distance passenger.
