Format that can be used to copy text or paragraphs. To apply the selected text or paragraph format repeatedly, you should double-click the Format Painter button.

How to use format brushes:

1, select formatted text;

2. Click the "Format Brush" button on the common toolbar with the mouse;

3. At this point, something similar to a brush will appear on the left side of the cursor;

4. Use the mouse to select the text to be formatted;

5. After releasing the mouse, the selected content is the same as the format set before.

Tips If there are multiple formats to copy in a document, you can use the mouse to "double-click" the format brush button, so that a small brush will always appear on the left side of the mouse, and you can use the format brush continuously. To cancel, you can click the format brush button again, or use the Esc key on the keyboard to close it.
