Civil law system
1984 The Department of Literature and Law was one of the earliest departments in the school. With the strong advocacy and support of leaders at all levels, under the condition of limited conditions and lack of ready-made model, through the pioneering and reform of the first three directors, Guangming Bai, Feng Qiaoying and Kang Yuqing, and with the joint efforts of all teachers and students, a department with profound academic accumulation, reasonable faculty structure, advanced equipment and facilities, adapting to social needs and distinctive professional characteristics has been established. The law department has three majors: secretarial, legal affairs and legal secretarial. Among them, the secretarial major was identified as the key major of 1999; In 2002, it was identified as a pilot major of higher vocational education by the Ministry of Education.
