First, select the project leader and set up a scientific and reasonable leadership team.
This is the premise of building a good project team. As the "helm" of project management, the project manager should not only have superb leadership skills, but also strong communication and coordination skills, not only professional skills and knowledge required for the post, but also rich social comprehensive knowledge, not only high technical level (business ability), but also strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
