Nowadays, college students often stay up late playing computer and mobile phone because of their poor self-control, which seriously affects their sleep quality and diet. The energy source of human body mainly depends on food, so diet is indispensable to human life. The lack of college students' subjective fitness consciousness is an internal factor affecting the decline of students' physical health.

The misunderstanding of family education affects the physical health level of college students.

College students are basically only children, and their parents have spoiled their children to some extent since childhood, which leads to parents giving their children too much nutrition, fearing that their children will not eat well and lacking correct nutrition and hygiene knowledge. Students have not developed good dietary hygiene habits since childhood, which leads to metabolic imbalance and poor nutritional status. The concrete manifestations are iron deficiency, calcium deficiency, vitamins and trace elements deficiency. The consumption situation of school milk in China lags far behind the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries. In order to get their children into prestigious schools, parents arbitrarily take up their children's exercise time, even on weekends, and make up various cram schools and interest classes for their children, so that they have no physical exercise time at all. On the other hand, parents did not set an example in front of their children, and did not form an atmosphere of family physical exercise, so that children did not develop good physical exercise habits since childhood. Therefore, when they enter the university, they don't consciously participate in the habit of physical exercise, but exercise to cope with the physical examination, which leads to the continuous decline of students' physique.

5 physical education class's lack of attention in college physical education teaching is also a factor that affects college students' physical health.

For a long time, the assessment of physical education class in colleges and universities has basically adopted the methods of combining theory with practice, combining in-class with extracurricular, combining technical assessment with reaching standards, and combining unit assessment with final assessment. So many assessment contents and complicated calculation methods can't really reflect the physical condition and learning effect of each student scientifically.

Because school leaders and teachers don't pay attention to students' health, school proofreaders' detection of physical education class is not perfect. Physical education class has few credits and is not taken seriously. The students' unclear purpose of physical education class leads the teacher to grade the students at will, so as to ensure that everyone reaches the standard and report the results that are not in line with the real situation.

"Rome wasn't built in a day", the physical health of college students is not a short-term problem, but a long-term problem. For such a long time, basically all colleges and universities have found the problem of students' physical health, but why is there still no effective solution? Because colleges and universities are more concerned about students' employment and so on, and students' health can be dealt with in other ways, but the employment problem cannot be simply dealt with, so colleges and universities are not particularly concerned about students' health problems, and the financial investment is insufficient. Specifically, in some colleges and universities, there are insufficient sports facilities for college students and too many students attend classes, which leads to the lack of facilities and conditions for students to exercise, and the final result is the continuous decline of students' physique.

Through the above analysis, we find that there are many factors that affect college students' physical health.

Only with the joint efforts of our whole society, including families, schools and society, can we pay enough attention to college students' physical health, and college students themselves should realize the importance of physical health and form a joint force to gradually improve their physical health.
