Internship is a very difficult challenge for me. From students to workers, from theory to practice, the transformation has not only brought me pressure, but also brought me responsibility!

First, work experience

As a nursing intern, I was already "nervous" at the moment I started my internship! Facing the immediate work and patients, I treat every movement in my work strictly and do every step carefully to prevent myself from making mistakes and problems in my work. After becoming a nursing intern, I realized that we are not only facing work, but also the health of patients! Although I was in charge of some simple work in the early stage of internship, under the leadership of the head nurse, I also deeply realized the rigor of our team work and tried my best to do my part in the work.

In this internship, I realized "responsibility, carefulness, patience and care" for the first time in my mind, which not only requires us to do our own work well, but also requires us to take care of and serve patients well. At first, I couldn't do it. Just finishing my work makes me overwhelmed. But slowly, I also began to adapt to this job, not only to do my job better, but also to ensure good service for patients!

Second, feelings about the working environment
