Nanyang No.5 Middle School, formerly known as Nanyang No.1 Middle School, was founded in 1980. It is the only middle school in Henan Province that has passed the ISO900 1:2000: 2000 quality management system certification, and has been successively rated as a model ordinary high school in Nanyang City and Henan Province.
