The following is the whole process of undergraduate defense of law in Xinjiang University:
Step 1: Sign up.
Please bring two recent 1 inch color bareheaded photos and register at the self-study examination office of Xinjiang University from May 5 to June 5 of that year.
Registration place: Xinjiang University Higher Education Self-taught Examination Office, No.555 Shengli Road, Urumqi.
Registration fee: 200 yuan, every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (10: 00- 17: 00) Beijing time.
Step 2: Submit the defense application form.
After the registration formalities are completed, please immediately submit the copy of the payment invoice and the application form for thesis defense to the responsible teacher of the relevant college of Xinjiang University to confirm the registration information for defense. Students who apply for defense shall not submit the defense application form to the instructor without the signature of the responsible teacher, otherwise they will not reply. Step 3: Determine the instructor.
At the same time, when submitting the defense application form, according to the direction of the paper you choose, determine the corresponding tutor and get the permission to open the paper.
Step 4: Write a paper.
After determining the tutor, according to the requirements of the tutor and the thesis requirements of each college, write the thesis within the specified time, and please communicate with the tutor in time during the thesis writing.
Step 5: Submit the original paper.
After three revisions, the tutor thinks that the paper can be finalized after it is basically qualified. Students who apply for thesis defense must provide the original thesis to the instructor before July 19 of that year (the thesis must be bound in a unified format, and the format of the thesis is the same as that of the general undergraduate thesis defense of Xinjiang University. The paper format can be downloaded from the website of Xinjiang University. )。 If the student fails to submit the original paper within the specified time, the tutor has the right not to allow him to reply.
Step 6: thesis defense
The thesis defense of the self-taught examination in that year is scheduled from July 19 to July 2 1 day (if there is any change, it will be notified separately), and the location is Xinjiang University Headquarters (Shengli Road Campus, Urumqi). Students who take part in thesis defense must provide three drafts of the same thesis as the original manuscript to the teachers in the defense group (these three drafts will not be handed in).
Step 7: Paper result notification
After the defense, each college will summarize the defense situation, determine the final score of the defense students, fill in the thesis defense report and report it to the higher education self-study examination office of Xinjiang University. If you need to check the defense results, please contact the local higher education self-study examination office to get the report card, and Urumqi candidates will get the report card from the higher education self-study examination office of Xinjiang University.
