Nursing thesis is an explanatory article that analyzes, discusses and explains some nursing problems or researches existing in nursing practice. Completing a high-quality nursing paper is not only a summary of work experience, but also an important way and method to spread knowledge, carry out nursing research and develop nursing discipline. Based on my own writing practice, this paper briefly introduces the difficulties and countermeasures in writing clinical nursing papers.

1. Difficulties in writing nursing papers

Low starting point and little accumulation: Although different forms of nursing education have been popularized in recent ten years, the nursing team in China is still dominated by secondary school education. Even in relatively developed Shanghai, only 3. 1% of on-the-job nurses have technical secondary school education [2,3], which causes the limitation of their cultural level; At present, clinical nurses work short hours and lose a lot. In particular, the increasing number of contract nurses, young staff, fast mobility and low cultural quality lead to less theoretical knowledge and experience accumulation of clinical nurses, which is difficult.

Slow promotion, difficult to update: due to the relatively weak nursing discipline and misunderstanding of "simple repetitive work", nurses have relatively few opportunities to study abroad and are satisfied with simple repetitive work, so the ways and abilities to acquire knowledge are limited and it is difficult to update knowledge.

Poor initiative and difficulty in innovation: in clinical work, nursing work is trivial and passive, which limits the space for self-development and innovation consciousness.

Insufficient writing skills: for beginners, due to lack of writing experience, the first difficulty is that they can't find writing materials, and the second is that they can't find inspiration, methods and skills for writing with the help of materials. Although the writing of different papers has its relatively fixed format, the writer's writing level and experience are different in the face of different writing methods and forms, and having good materials may not necessarily lead to a good article.

2. Countermeasures to improve the quality of writing

2. 1. 1 Strengthen the "three basics" learning and "three innovations": "three basics" (basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills) are the premise for clinical medical workers to complete medical care tasks and the basis for writing nursing papers. Nowadays, new theories, new knowledge and new technologies (three innovations) emerge one after another. We should integrate the study of "three innovations" into our work, learn from problems, consult experts, study hard and use more brains; At the same time, actively participating in various academic activities, understanding the development frontier of the college, obtaining new information and mastering new methods are conducive to improving professional theoretical knowledge and determining the main direction of writing.
